Behavioral Health Center of Illinois  fee schedule is listed below:

Private Pay:

       Psychologist -  $175/hr
       Masters Level - $125/hr

DOT SAP:

       First and last sessions are $250 each

       

FOID Card:

       $150 for initial consultation

       

Payment by check, cash, credit card or money order is accepted.  Payment is due upon service rendered per session. We will gladly provide you with a receipt to submit directly to your insurance company.

Cancellation Policy requires a 24 hours notice of cancellation or appointment change. A fee of $75 is charged if a 24 hour notice is not given.
